On smartphones and tablets launched Prince of Persia: Escape. This is a runner, made in the artistic style of the classic Prince of Persia 1989 and offering to jump over precipices, spikes, fragile tiles and so on.
The game is shareware and so far, it seems, offers only one type of donate: disabling advertising. It is quite intrusive: at least on Android banners spinning from the bottom during gameplay, and between levels you have to watch videos. In the future, in Escape there should appear a shop with skins for the main character.
The developer is French company Ketchapp, which specializes in mobile entertainment and is owned by Ubisoft Corporation. Apparently and took the right from there to the “Prince of Persia.”
Prince of Persia: Escape is available on iOS and Android. In fairness, the series appeared on the phones before: for example, in the form of a remake of Prince of Persia 2: The Shadow and the Flame.
